Charles received his Resiliency Building Leadership Professional – Trainer Certification in 2021.

As an adjunct instructor of communication and public speaking at regional universities and community colleges throughout the region for over 20 years, Charles brings a wealth of knowledge to the consulting and coaching arena. His ability to teach and inspire others in effective communication has made him a trusted advisor for businesses looking to enhance their internal and external communications.  For his outstanding teaching contributions in the field of communications, Charles was selected as the Outstanding Adjunct Award in 2019 for Auburn University Montgomery.  Additionally, Charles was honored by the National Board for Leadership Certification and inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint John Baptist de La Salle Bronze Award for contributions to leadership education in 2023.
